Alertpay changed to Payza

Alertpay changed its brand unexpectedly, but it really happened,:$, that was really fast compared to skrill (moneybookers) which still saying we are changing for more than 1 year now .. ok whats that about.. well I'll  address my experience in short:

Installation Steps:

1. Upload contents of folder 'root' to your forum root directory (where you have installed your forum).
2. Go to your Admin/plugins, You should see a plugin named 'Naoar Donation' with purple description, this is it :) , click 'install/activate'
3. You are now able to configure module with your own options
4. Go to 'Users & Groups' tab, next choose 'Admin Permissions', decide who can manage, browse and view stats about donations(normally it should be only you) next click 'options' => 'Edit Permissons', you are seeing a last tab 'Donors' click on it, set permissions to 'Yes', now you see a new tab 'Donors', there where you can manage and browse your recieved donations.



Upgrade Steps:

From version >= 3.0.0 to 3.0.4

1. Upload Naoar Donation files (see installation step for more info) and OVERWRITE old files

From version 2

1. Backup your database and your old plugin files. ( to be in the safe side :)
2. Upload Naoar Donation files (see installation step for more info) this will OVERWRITE old files
3. Go to Plugins Manager in your admin, then Install/Activate
4. Old Templates WILL NOT be removed instead new templates will be added, if you've not made changes to the old templates its safe to erase them, otherwise you can make chnages to the new templates carefully

Note: New templates have suffix  (_v3 ) to distinguish them from those old ones.

From version 1

----------------

1. Backup your database and your old plugin files. ( to be in the safe side :)
2. Upload Naoar Donation files(see installation step for more info) NO OVERWRITE should be happen  except for donate.php because many files have been changed and renamed
3. Remove folder 'tera_donators'  or 'tera_donors' (which one is present) from admin/modules folder
4. Go to Plugins Manager in your admin, you should see now both Naoar Donation and Tera Donation module v1.2, next hit install/activate for Naoar Donation, you'll see Tera Donation module show as its uninstalled automatically, WARNING: do not run uninstall or deactivate for Tera Donation module, this will erase your data.
5. Remove teradonate.php file from inc/plugins folder
6. please do step number 4 of Installation Steps above 

• OPTIONALLY cleaning if you like:
•  Remove all files contain teradonate  or tera_donors  in thier name, normally they are located in inc/languages/english/ or inc/languages/english/admin  folder
• Remove images/tera folder if you don't have custom images inside it

Note:
New templates have suffix  (_v3 ) to distinguish them from those old ones.

Upgrade Notice:
after proper upgrading you'll have old templates with new templates ( suffixed by _v3 ) side by side, this is normal and not a problem either, if you didn't customize the old templates, please delete them(cleaner only),if you customized them you may reproduce the same changes in new templates based on old templates, but remember that new templates contain different variable names, so simple copy/paste will not work.. if you did corrupt the new templates don't panic just deactivate then activate Naoar Donation, plugin will restore the templates to factory settings ;)

whats new in Naoar Donation v3.0

1. Alertpay now is Payza and Moneybookers now is Skrill
2. Offline donations through Western Union and Bank/Wire transfer
3. More than 160 currencies.
4. Donation amount support real numbers ( upto to 2 decimal points like 9.95)
5. Removal of Currency select box if Admin accept only one currency ( for example Euro)
6. Customizable donation amounts select box with text and currency support

recently AlertPay announce that its planning to release 'AlertPay Debit Cards with two flavors MasterCard and Visa' this is intend to let you withdraw your funds from ATM machines worldwide.. isn't this great ?!! According to their website its expected to be released on 2011.. and now its in testing period ..

more over they give 5 members a $500-charged AlertPay Debit card for free.. these 5 members will be selected randomly..
