LibertyReserve for vBulletin 3.x

Hi all..

I know maybe its too old.. but hey . think there are many forum using vBulletin 3.x .. anyway.. this module enable you to accept donations though LibertyReserve . personally I tested it long time ago ..its not bad you know.. maybe will update it to work on 4.x .. till then enjoy
